I absolutely loved the beautiful decor of the hotel. The elegant furnishings and soothing colors created a calming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for senior people like myself. The hotel's general areas were always well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around without any issues. The hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, were a great help for me and ensured that I could move around comfortably during my stay.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more assistance and guidance specifically tailored for senior people.

There were central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room, really enjoyed that. The beds with down pillows were comfy. The hotel has particularly good location really close to Bishkek, and the centre.

Location: the hotel was next to Bishkek as well as the centre. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, they give us all the help. The room we had included a mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area...

I recently stayed at Novotel in Bishkek for a business trip and it felt like coming home. The hotel is in a beautiful, green area with a small park next to the coffee bar. The breakfast was delicious and the pool and sauna were great. The nearby shopping mall, "Bishkek Park," was only a short walk away. The rooms had modern decor and were comfortable, and the spa area was exceptional. The attentive staff, especially at reception and the bar, made the stay even better.

Our Easter weekend was spent in a hotel in the heart of the city. We enjoyed our stay because of the fantastic spa zone with a swimming pool. The breakfast was also good, and we appreciated the free private parking. the staff was friendly and helpful, and this made our stay even more enjoyable.

We found the lighting system in the rooms quite weird; the master switch turned off the light in the bathroom along with the room, which was inconvenient at night.

The restaurant was also great, with excellent coffee. the hotel had free WiFi, which was very fast, and the decor was quite new.

Some aspects of the hotel were subpar, and its level didn't correspond to its rating.
